TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me , you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any term may be altered if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission (and will be noted in full on the PAYPAL invoice).

I. GENERAL TERMS.

Please understand that I am only a part-time artist and therefore wait times may be inconsistent. I reserve the right to refuse service at any point before or during the commission, please see section II for information on my refund policies.I am happy to draw art without the consent of the OC's (original character) owner, however will require the source of the character. I will require a form of ID verification if the subject matter of the commission is NSFW and will refuse clients for such commissions below the age of 18.I will not draw in any style (such as MLP) that is not my own.
II. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Commissions must be paid in full and upfront. The currency I accept payments in is GBP through PAYPAL only.Upon my cancellation only, you (the commissioner) are entitled to a 40% refund if I have started the commission and a 100% refund if I have not yet started.You (the commissioner) will be entitled to a full refund if I have not begun your commission. If the payment has not yet been received, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission at any point.Chargebacks under no circumstances will be tolerated and will be dealt with to the full extent of the law. Additionally, you will be permanently blacklisted from being able to commission me again.Refunds may take 7 working days to process.
III. PROCESS

An initial sketch will be sent to the commissioner before the continuation of the piece. No continuation will occur until the commissioner verifies in text that they are satisfied.Any changes after that point may incur an additional fee.
Completion can take any time from 1 week to 3 months.I will consider accepting commissions with deadlines for an additional rush fee.If for any reason the commission takes longer than 3 months, you will be notified and have the right to request a refund. See my refund policy for more information.Commissions tend to be completed in order of payment.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

As an artist, I strive to produce pieces that my commissioners will love.However after a commission is completed, only minor changes such as marking corrections will be allowed (if I have missed them previously on the reference sheet).
Major changes such as the change of pose, outfit, background or expression will incur an additional fee at my discretion.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, and will therefore submit artwork created by myself where I see fit.
I do not currently produce prints, however on the occasion that I do begin to commercially sell commissions I will require the character owner's written permission to do so.

The commissioner is permitted to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
The commissioner is NOT permitted to;

Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially. Take credit for the creation of the artwork.Remove any watermarks/signatures. Alter the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are able to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
